Why are there no prices listed?
We are not able to list any prices because we do not have any cookie cutter plans. All plans are created and customized to fit your exact business needs.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Most of our plans are billed monthly and no long-term contract is required. Just notify us 2 business days before renewal and we can cancel your contract without any penalty.
Can I get a refund?
Since we are humans and not software, we're not able to provide refunds for services rendered. However, if you're anything less than completely satisfied with our services, let us know and we can further assist!
Can I get weekly financial reports/statements?
Absolutely! Our plans are completely custom and we are able to provide you with whatever financial report services you need no matter how often you need them.
I missed a payment, how can I reinstate my plan?
Just reach out to us and we will go ahead and assist you with any billing issues; we're always happy to assist!
My plan only includes quarterly reports, but I need a one time monthly report, can you do this for me?
Certainly! Just reach out to us and we can go ahead and accommodate your request. Depending on the level of the request, there may or may not be an applicable fee charged. All fees will be disclosed before the report is processed.
Can you manage my current Quickbooks Account?
All of our bookkeepers and accountants are ProAdvisor certified and would be more than happy to pick up where you left off in your Quickbooks account or any other accounting software.
I lost my account statement, can you send me another one?
If your plan includes monthly, quarterly or yearly statements then just reach out to us and we'll send you a new statement free of charge. We store statements for up to 3 years after that all information is destroyed and we're not able to retrieve it for you.
If you purchased a one time statement from us, depending on your agreement, your data may or may not be saved. Please reach out to us and we can let you know if we still have it on file.
